Get into triathlon with the 'parkrun of triathlon', the world's 1st Free Triathlon series. People of all ages, from novice to dab hand, can challenge themselves and have fun with events that emphasise finishing over winning.

• Junior Short (7y+): 100m swim - 2k bike - 1.6k run
• Junior Long (7y+): 200m swim - 2.7k bike - 2.3k run
• Senior Short (15y+): 400m swim - 10k bike - 2.5k run
• Senior Long (15y+): 400m swim - 20k bike - 5k run
